This policy describes how Camelot Flows (operated by Alexandru Buzi, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova) handles personal data collected through this website.

What I collect

I collect personal data only when you actively send it: your name, email and message via the contact form, or your email when you request a fix plan from the free website audit. The site also uses Google Analytics for anonymous, aggregate traffic statistics (see Analytics below). There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How I use it

I use your contact and audit-request details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site. I never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

Storage

The contact form opens your own email client, so those messages reach my inbox with no intermediary. The fix-plan request in the free audit is sent through Web3Forms, a third-party form processor that forwards your email to my inbox and does not reuse it. I retain correspondence for up to three years after project completion for record-keeping purposes.

The free website audit

When you run an audit, the address you submit is fetched once by my server and is also sent to the Google PageSpeed Insights API (for mobile-speed scores) and to an AI provider that writes the plain-language summary. Nothing about the analysed site is stored after the report is shown — there is no database. If you then leave your email for the fix plan, it is handled as described under Storage, and I send the prioritized plan and a rough price by hand.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure anonymous, aggregate traffic, such as pages viewed, approximate region and device type. GA4 is provided by Google under its own privacy terms and sets cookies. It is not used for advertising, and any cookie or tracking blocker will stop it without breaking the site.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of any personal data I hold about you, to request its deletion, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email alex@camelotflows.dev.

Cookies

Google Analytics 4 sets analytics cookies. The site itself sets none. It loads these third-party resources, which may set their own cookies under their policies: Google Fonts (typography), GSAP from cdnjs.cloudflare.com (animations) and Lenis from jsdelivr (smooth scrolling); and, only when you use a form or the audit, Web3Forms, the Google PageSpeed API and an AI summary provider. The site uses localStorage to remember your theme and language preferences, and sessionStorage to skip the intro animation on return visits within the same session. No personal data is stored in browser storage.
